Milk Chocolate Peppermint

Every one loves cookies and cream. 

Our cookies and cream hot chocolate mix is a unique take on everyone's favorite ice cream flavor.  This mix is guaranteed to be the favorite of any cookies and cream lover. 

All our hot chocolates are all hand made and layered with real gourmet chocolate are other raw ingredients to create the unique, elegant and delicious hot chocolate flavors.   We layer them so you can see the real ingredients and it also makes for a great looking gift for the Hot Chocolate lover in your life.  

Sometimes the old fashioned way is the best way.  We recommend slow cooking your hot chocolate using a stove top pot.  This ensures all the ingredients are given time to melt and release their full flavor.  

Directions::

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in jar.  You may have to remove a bit in order to make enough a room to shake the contents.  We also like to dump the ingredients into gallon baggy, mix thoroughly  and place back into the jar.  

Add 2/3 cup of water and 2/3 cup of milk to a small sauce pan and set to low.  
Add 1/4 cup of Gourmet Hot Chocolate mix 
Bring to slow boil stirring regularly.  (Be careful not to scorch the milk.)
Once all ingredients are melted or it starts a slow boil, remove from heat and let stand for 5 mins.

BE CAREFUL!  DO NOT SERVE RIGHT AWAY AS CONTENTS WILL BE EXTREMELY HOT!!!!!  LET COOL BEFORE SERVING!!

Once cool enough to serve, pour into your favorite mug. 
Decorate with your favorite hot chocolate condiments.
